Google has made it so easy to create a blog that even technologically-challenged-me could not make excuses any more. This random-jotting place will mostly be filled with bookish outpourings, since that's what I do best. And slowly but surely, I will find my way around the many options I seem to have to make this blog better-looking than it currently is. This has been envisioned as a joint blog with a friend who is about as tech-savvy and book-mad as I am, so I can pretty much foresee what it will be like...But I'm looking forward to actually writing what I feel about at least a few of the many books I read, instead of only giving stars on Goodreads (which is a brilliant place if you get a warm feeling in your stomach at the thought of social networking for nerds).
